The Sea Grill & Rock Center Cafe are both very popular as they overlook the ice rink at Rock Ctr. Many of the places listed on the Radio City website are terrible (Mars 2112, Lundy's, Planet Hollywood), the Rainbow Room is CLOSED as is Judson's so I don't know how old this list is. Their T'gving price is $55 for adults and $25 for kids but honestly.while it's a perfectly decent restaurant, there's nothing special, festive or "NY" about it IMO. It's walkable from Radio City and a pretty spot.īrasserie 8 1/2 is a nice restaurant with good food (imo) walkable from Radio City that's $56/person (no indication of children's menu price)Ĭibo which is not far from 70 Park has been a popular spot near Grand Central for prix fixe menus and holiday meals on the forum. They serve a buffet from 12-6 for $70 for adults and $35 for kids under 12. One place that's been hugely popular on the forum the last few years is the Park Room at the Helmsley Park Lane hotel on Central Park South. But I also think heading to a different area of the city will get you better service and probably better value for money. The Old Castle and O'Lunney's are 2 I recall get good reviews. Have you looked at the prices of any of those places or the reviews on ?ĭo you plan to eat before or after the show? I've already suggested to someone else (I think marsabez) to look at some of the Irish pubs in the west 50's which is near Radio City for less expensive T'giving meals. That's a high rent district, a popular area and the better restaurants are pricey. Marsabez staying at the Waldorf with 2 adults & 2 teens wanting $60/person for the adults (most restaurants and many hotels consider teens as adults, so I wouldn't expect them to get a kids menu price btw)įor familytravel.$20-40/person near Radio City is not going to be very good imo. So far we have OP who's been sorted at Friend of a Farmerįamilytravel is 2 adults & 2 teens staying at 70 Park, going to Radio City at 4:30 and wanting a place for $20-40/person I think it's going to get confusing if we have multiple people requesting T'givng help on the same thread. For more information on these restaurants or to search for others, we suggest you visit Radio City Music Hall is located in the Midtown West neighborhood. Local businesses include: Lundy's, Citarella, Heartland Brewery, Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steakhouse, Sea Grill Rockefeller Center, Morrell Wine Bar & Café, Ben Benson's, Judson Grill, Cite, Tuscan Square, Connelly Bar & Restaurant, Rock Center Café, Rainbow Room, Mars 2112, Burger Heaven, PJ Moran's, Planet Hollywood and Jekyll & Hyde. Radio City Music Hall, located at 1260 Avenue of the Americas, has a variety of restaurants and eateries in the area. There is a list on the radio city website along with a link but as I am not a local I don't know what would suit us best of that list. We would like a restaurant between $20-$40 a head near the Radio City Music Hall as we have a 4.30pm xmas spectacular show booked and there are 2 adults and 2 kids 12 ad 15.
